Frequent questions
How do I publish a listing? In the app or on the site: “Lost” or “Found”, a photo, a point on the map and a description. Browsing listings needs no account; publishing and messaging require signing in.
How do I report a listing or a user? Every listing and every conversation has “Report” and “Block”. A report is reviewed within 24 hours. Urgent cases: email with the subject REPORT.
How do I delete my account? In the app: “Settings” → “Delete account”. The profile, listings and conversations are removed.
An animal is lost right now — what do I do? Publish a “Lost” listing and choose your areas in the profile: people nearby get a notification. The service connects people; it is not a rescue team.
