Accessibility statement
The service exists to help find a lost animal. We want everyone to be able to use it.
Conformance level
The site is built to level AA of the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1.
How we check it
Not by eye: the page is opened in a real browser and axe-core is run against it. Last check — 14.09.2026; no critical or serious violations were found. The check lives in our repository and runs again on every change.
What is in place
- Text and background contrast verified with numbers.
- Pages can be used from the keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
- Semantic headings and markup, so a screen reader reads by structure.
- Alternative text for listing photos.
- Three languages, including Hebrew right to left.
What has not been checked yet
Screens behind the login are tested by hand and were not part of the last automated check. If you hit a barrier there, tell us — that matters more than a report.
